The ideal candidate should be skilled in quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, rate analysis, cost control, variations, interim payments, and final accounts. The candidate should have good knowledge of construction contracts, subcontractor management, and commercial documentation, with strong attention to detail and excellent coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant QS software is preferred. </p>
