modelling and Monte Carlo simulation. </li> <li>Assist with the development, review and validation of risk models, assumptions and input data. </li> <li>Challenge project assumptions and uncertainty ranges in collaboration with Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commercial teams. </li> <li>Support the interpretation and communication of risk analysis outputs, including confidence levels, You will define how payments are presented, authorized, captured, settled, and funded across our hospitality-focused ecosystem, ensuring reliability, security, and compliance while driving a best-in-class experience for restaurants and other hospitality merchants.<br><br>While your primary charter is the broader payments product, you will also partner with our money movement and remittance functions to make sure merchant funding is accurate, predictable, and transparent—ensuring the economics and timing of merchant processing show up cleanly in our product surfaces.<br><br>We are looking for a strong product leader—someone who can set a clear vision, rally engineering, design, operations, GTM, and external partners around it, and make confident trade-offs in a high-stakes, highly regulated domain. Your success will be measured by payment performance (authorization rates, latency, and resiliency), merchant satisfaction, funding accuracy, and the ability to unlock new payment capabilities that help merchants grow revenue and reduce operational friction.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br><br>Payments Strategy & Execution:<br><br>Own the end-to-end product roadmap for payments across card-present and card-not-present environments, with a focus on hospitality use cases like table service, counter service, bars, quick-service, and multi-location groups. Define how each payment media type is presented and accepted—chip, contactless, digital wallets, ecommerce tokens, and white label loyalty—and set the metrics that measure acceptance health. Translate complex payment flows into simple, intuitive experiences for merchants and their staff (refunds, tips, adjustments, partial authorizations, and offline/stand-in authorization). Monitor and improve key payment performance metrics—authorization rates, chargebacks, declines, disputes, latency, reconciliation accuracy—through rigorous data-driven experimentation. Partner with risk, compliance, and security to ensure adherence to network rules and PCI DSS, and with GTM to package and position payment capabilities that differentiate Spot On for hospitality. Lead discovery with external processors, acquirers, gateways, and partners to evaluate new capabilities, routing options, and cost-optimization opportunities.<br><br>Money Movement & Remittance (partnership Scope):<br><br>Partner with money movement and remittance teams to ensure merchant processing funds settle on time, with accurate fees, adjustments, and chargeback handling reflected in merchant-facing reporting. Feed payment product decisions (routing, interchange optimization, surcharging/dual pricing) back into funding and remittance workflows so merchant payouts stay predictable and explainable.<br><br>Cross-Functional Leadership:<br><br>Act as the primary product point of contact for payments across Spot On, aligning stakeholders around a clear vision, roadmap, and success metrics. Facilitate cross-functional decision-making, balancing technical constraints, regulatory considerations, and merchant needs to arrive at pragmatic, high-impact solutions. Communicate clearly and consistently with executives and senior leaders on trade-offs, risks, dependencies, and progress for payment initiatives. Mentor and influence peers and adjacent product teams on payment best practices, shared capabilities, and platform standards to avoid fragmentation and duplicate solutions. Contribute to a culture of accountability, urgency, and ownership, ensuring that cross-functional teams deliver high-quality releases on time and learn quickly from launches.<br><br>Qualifications:<br><br>5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on payments, fintech, or closely related financial services products. Demonstrated product leadership—able to set a clear vision, influence senior stakeholders, make confident trade-offs under ambiguity, and rally engineering, design, and GTM teams around shared outcomes. Deep understanding of card-present and card-not-present payments, including authorization, capture, clearing, settlement, tokenization, risk, and chargeback flows. Working familiarity with merchant processing economics—interchange, scheme fees, and how those show up in settlement and remittance to merchants. Experience working with payment processors, acquirers, gateways, or card networks, ideally in a platform or multi-tenant merchant environment. Strong analytical skills, including comfort working with large payment datasets, building dashboards, defining KPIs, and using data to drive prioritization and experimentation. Proven success shipping complex, technical products that require deep collaboration with engineering and operations teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex payment concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Customer-centric mindset with experience conducting discovery, user interviews, and feedback sessions with merchants or similar B2B customers. <p>Performs skilled and semi-skilled painting and finishing works across hospital facilities. Prepares surfaces, applies paints and finishes, and maintains interior and exterior assets to support a safe, clean, and visually appropriate healthcare environment. Ensures painting works are completed in accordance with safety, infection control, and quality standards, while supporting preventive and corrective maintenance activities.</p><br><br>Responsibilities:<br><ul> <li>Performs skilled and semi-skilled painting works, including preparation, painting, and finishing of interior and exterior hospital surfaces to ensure safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.</li> <li>Ensures compliance with hospital safety procedures, infection control requirements, and approved Facilities Management guidelines during all painting activities.</li> <li>Prepares surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling, priming, and repairing minor defects prior to painting or finishing works.</li> <li>Applies paints, stains, varnishes, shading stains, and clear finishes to walls, ceilings, furniture, fixtures, and structural surfaces.</li> <li>Selects premixed paints or accurately mixes paints, thinners, and drying agents to achieve specified colours and finishes.</li> <li>Safely uses ladders, scaffolding, staging, and access equipment to carry out painting works in high or difficult-to-reach areas.</li> <li>Protects adjacent surfaces and relocates furniture and equipment as required to prevent damage during painting works.</li> <li>Completes assigned work orders and supports scheduling to ensure timely completion of painting activities.</li> <li>Works collaboratively with other maintenance trades such as carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and civil technicians.</li> <li>Maintains painting tools, equipment, and materials in good working condition and ensures proper housekeeping of work areas.</li> <li>Applies vinyl, wallpaper, and other wall coverings as required.</li> <li>Identifies and recommends improvements in materials, finishes, or techniques to enhance durability and efficiency.</li> <li>Implements sustainable practices and environmentally responsible methods in Facilities Management operations where applicable.</li></ul><br>Qualifications:<br><ul> <li>Industrial Training Certificate or</li> <li>10 years School Certificate with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the painting trade.</li></ul><p><strong>PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:</strong></p><br><ul> <li>Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a healthcare organisation’s maintenance department or similar institution.</li> <li>Knowledge of commercial and institutional painting techniques and surface preparation methods.</li> <li>Knowledge of painting materials, tools, finishes, and application processes.</li> <li>Knowledge of basic safety procedures and infection control requirements in healthcare environments.</li> <li>Knowledge of Joint Commission International Accreditation (JCIA) standards related to facilities and environment of care.</li> <li>Skills in surface preparation, painting, polishing, and finishing work.</li> <li>Skills in colour matching and paint mixing.</li> <li>Skills in using painting tools and equipment such as brushes, rollers, sprayers, and caulking guns.</li> <li>Skills in following work instructions, drawings, and maintenance schedules.</li> <li>Ability to read and write English.</li> <li>Ability to read and interpret basic engineering or maintenance drawings.</li> <li>Ability to work at heights using ladders and scaffolding with appropriate balance and coordination.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary facilities team.</li></ul> </div>
<ul><li><p>Review all claim forms which is assigned on the dashboard and provide adequate feedback on the same.</p></li><li><p>Update Approvals received from Insurance companies with 100% accuracy</p></li><li><p>Communicating with departments in case of any missing document or more information required</p></li><li><p>Meet daily claims verification productivity</p></li><li><p>Quantitative analysis – Perform a comprehensive review for the record to assure the presence of all component parts such as: patient and record identification, signatures and dates where required, and other necessary data in the presence of all reports which appear to be indicated by the nature of the treatment rendered</p></li><li><p>Follows coding guidelines and legal requirements to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines</p></li><li><p>Qualitative analysis – Evaluate the record for documentation consistency and adequacy. Ensure that the final diagnosis accurately reflects the care and treatment rendered. Review the records for compliance with established third party reimbursement agencies and special screening criteria</p></li><li><p>Receive the patient medical record on daily basis and check any deficiency in documentation, if any, notify the concerned staff and send it to physician</p></li><li><p>Receive the completed records and ensure that the marked deficiencies are cleared and follow the standards</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Timely submissions of all preapprovals as per KPIs</p></li><li><p>Improve the quality of pre-approval submission to obtain approval from the first round.</p></li><li><p>The role also include stop<strong> revenue loss</strong> through monitoring and coordination with all concerned stakeholders like coding team and physicians to revise IC rejections.</p></li><li><p>Monitor behavioural approval processes of various payors and corporates to apply customized actions to <strong>obtain pre-approvals.</strong></p></li><li><p>Ensure all pre-approvals are submitted of all eligible IP,OP and pharmacy to IC/TPA</p></li><li><p>Internal Follow up for additional information required by insurance company</p></li><li><p>Interacting with the physicians for the clinical justification of the pre=approvals.</p></li><li><p>Ensure and work closely with the team on complex cases to obtain faster approval from payers.</p></li><li><p>Making sure that PAR submissions are dealt with according to Insurance industry and DHA regulations.</p></li><li><p>Comply with pre-approval KPI’s (Key Performance Indicator) , maintain a record of pre-approval KPIs as and when required.</p></li><li><p>Educate billing/Approval team to enhance the process flow.</p></li><li><p>Ensures that targets are met within turnaround time and while maintaining quality and productivity.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with CDI team to educate the physicians , and other paramedical team to ensure proper claims documentations.</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate monthly data of claims submissions of each insurance company</p></li><li><p>Coordination with other business stakeholders to improve overall submission process efficiency.</p></li><li><p>Analysis of financial data related to revenue cycle, to identify defaulting payors and work with the concern department on corrective strategies to mitigate the financial risk/s.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>Strong medical background to handle reconciliation efficiently.</p></li><li><p>Strong Negotiation skills</p></li><li><p>Strong soft skills</p></li></ul><br><p><strong>About the Team</strong></p><p>The role will report to the Revenue Cycle Manager, The Pre-Approval will assist the review and and update of claims and approvals received from the insurance companiesm, serves as a point of contact between the revenue cycle department and the medical staff in the clinics.</p><br><p><strong>What equips you for the role</strong></p><ul><li><p>Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a similar role.</p></li><li><p>Certified professional coding certificate from reputed institution</p></li></ul>
