<p>Qualifications
Proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D modeling tools
Strong knowledge in technical drawing, reading and interpreting blueprints, and understanding design principles
Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to create precise technical documentation
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with design, production, and client teams
Understanding of fabrication and production processes, particularly in woodworking and related industries
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the wood manufacturing sector
Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
Knowledge of industry standards related to carpentry, fireproof door manufacturing, and kitchen furniture design is a plus

Candidates with prior experience in real estate, JV structures, or regulated/listed organizations in the UAE will be preferred.
