<br/><ul><li>Lead, plan, and execute construction and transport contracting projects, ensuring timely delivery.</li><li>Prepare project execution plans, work schedules, and allocate resources effectively.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi Municipality, Al Ain Municipality, and other regulatory authority requirements.</li><li>Manage site activities including supervision, subcontractor management, and workforce coordination.</li><li>Monitor project costs, budgets, and timelines to achieve financial and operational goals.</li><li>Prepare and submit technical reports, project updates, and progress documentation to management and clients.</li><li>Implement quality assurance and safety procedures at project sites.</li><li>Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.</li><li>Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, consultants, and clients to resolve technical issues.</li><li>Manage procurement and logistics of project-related materials and equipment.</li><li>Conduct post-project evaluations to identify improvements for future execution.</li></ul><br/><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in <strong>Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline</strong> (Master’s preferred).</li><li><strong>10–15 years of proven experience</strong> in managing <strong>infrastructure, roads, and earthworks projects</strong> in the UAE.</li><li>Strong knowledge of <strong>Abu Dhabi Municipality, Al Ain Municipality, and related authority procedures</strong>.</li><li>Hands-on experience in <strong>planning, budgeting, cost control, and project execution</strong>.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of <strong>local regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements</strong>.</li><li>Proficiency in <strong>Primavera, MS Project, and other project management tools</strong>.</li><li>Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to <strong>manage multicultural teams and subcontractors</strong>.</li><li>Strong <strong>analytical, negotiation, and client-handling abilities</strong>.</li><li>Effective communicator in <strong>English and Arabic</strong> (preferred).</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and deliver projects <strong>within deadlines and budget</strong>.</li><li>UAE driving license is an advantage.</li></ul>
