The jobholder will be responsible for activities including, but not limited to, the below:<br>• Complete relevant actions emanating from the MLRO recommendations from the internal investigation.<br>• Accurately perform and prepare the STR/SAR/AIF/AIFT reporting to the UAE FIU via. the GoAML system. <br>• Maintain and track requests on the relevant trackers,<br>• Retrieve relevant Know Your Customer (KYC) and transactional information, as required. <br>• Adhere to the Service Level Agreements (“SLAs”) outlined in relevant procedures.</p><br><br><br><p><strong>Duties & Responsibilities:</strong><br>• Fulfil the GoAML Case Management reporting accurately as per the relevant procedures and standards, ensuring timely action and response as outlined in relevant Service Level Agreements (“SLAs”). <br>• Escalate concerns and issues in a timely manner to relevant Country and Regional teams, as appropriate.<br>• Work closely with relevant stakeholders within the Region and Country Financial Crime teams and other HSBC Functions in relation to the fulfilment and management of the STR/SAR/AIF/AIFT reporting to the UAE FIU via. the GoAML system. <br>• Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets.<br>• Contribute to team development, effectiveness and success by sharing knowledge and good practice, working collaboratively with others to create a productive, diverse and supportive working environment.<br>• Take personal responsibility for understanding and agreeing performance expectations.<br>• Complete mandataory and ongoing trainings required to develop levels of capability and competence needed to be effective in the role. E.g., changes to Policies and Procedures, Service Level Agreements, Regulatory Developments, etc. <br>• Ensure that data is handled cautiously and in a secure manner, especially given the confidential and sensitive nature of the requests.<br>• Ensure all relevant procedures are updated as necessary following changes in Policy, Systems and Controls. </p><br><br><br><p><strong>Knowledge, Skills & Experience:</strong><br>• A graduation degree is essential for obtaining a work permit.
