Key Responsibilities Support dermatologists, aesthetic physicians, nurses, and clinical teams with non-clinical and approved administrative activities. Coordinate patient consultations, treatment appointments, follow-ups, confirmations, cancellations, and rescheduling. Welcome clients and provide professional, discreet, and empathetic support throughout their clinic experience. Conduct non-clinical consultations to understand client goals, preferences, concerns, and service expectations. Explain approved information about skincare services, aesthetic treatments, products, procedures, preparation, and aftercare as directed by qualified professionals. Ensure clinical questions, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, contraindications, and medical concerns are referred to licensed healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate patient profiles, appointment records, consultation notes, preferences, and administrative documentation. Coordinate schedules between patients, dermatologists, aesthetic physicians, nurses, therapists, laboratories, and other relevant teams. Support treatment-room preparation, supplies, equipment, and administrative readiness within the scope of the role. Monitor skincare and aesthetic product inventory and coordinate replenishment with procurement or management teams. Assist with quotations, treatment packages, payment coordination, insurance documentation where applicable, and administrative follow-up. Build professional relationships with clients and provide appropriate follow-up after consultations or services. Handle client questions, complaints, and service concerns professionally and escalate clinical matters appropriately. Support promotional campaigns, skincare education sessions, product launches, consultations, and client events. Maintain strict confidentiality of patient and client information in accordance with applicable privacy requirements. Strong knowledge of professional skincare, dermatology services, and non-invasive aesthetic treatments. Excellent communication, consultation, interpersonal, and customer-service skills. Professional, discreet, empathetic, and polished approach to client interactions. Ability to explain services accurately while respecting the boundaries between consultation and clinical advice. <h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> Apply medical knowledge and skills for diagnosis, prevention and treatment of illnesses, diseases, and infections in patients at Internal Medicine.  Responsibilities: <ul><li>Conduct preventive or promotive healthcare services for any patients coming in should follow standard protocols as per privileges of General Practitioner defined by DOH. </li><li>May keep patients for observations for short period only  </li><li>Call or inform Specialists/Consultants accordingly for further take over, if need be. </li><li>Follow protocols regarding prescribing medicines/lab tests and Radiology. </li><li>While treating the patients, should refer patients to Specialists as and when the need identified. </li><li>Work in all areas of hospital (wards/ICU/ER etc) depending on experience and deployment by HOD. </li><li>Should work in external clinics if deployed. </li><li>Should accompany for home visits if deployed, should provide support for patient transfer (in and out), if deployed. </li><li>Should be willing to travel out of UAE for patient transfer, if need be.  </li><li>Participate in healthcare related activities such as medical camps, outdoor check-ups & social/CSR activities may administer preventive Vaccinations as and when required. </li><li>DOH reporting as per statutory /regulatory guidelines. </li><li>Provide general care to patients in hospital ward s and in outpatient clinics. examine and talk to patients to diagnose their medical conditions. </li><li>Make notes, both as a record of treatment and for referral.  </li><li>Liaise with other medical and non-medical staff in the hospital to ensure quality treatment. </li><li>Work with other doctors as part of a team. </li><li>Promote health education among patients. </li><li>Maintain knowledge of applicable local regulations and requirements. </li><li>Maintaining professional quality standards to meet those of the JCI, DOH. </li></ul> Qualifications: <ul><li>Graduation from an approved medical school plus one year of internship </li><li>At least three years of practice as a GP. </li><li>Must have license to practice by DOH. </li><li>Excellent command of oral and written English; Arabic desirable but not mandatory.  </li></ul> </div>
