Skills

  • In-depth knowledge to convert leads into a final customer, thereby contributing to the company revenue.
  • Adept at communicating with the in-house team, clients, and management through formal documentation and discussions.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
  • Performance-driven and capable of achieving targets under pressure.
  • Apt in dealing with clients and engagingly presenting product data for potential leads.
  • Ability to find the right balance between client requirements and company terms, thereby improving profit margins and maintaining fruitful customer relationships.


  1. Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships using a blend of conventional and hi-tech connectivity.
  2. Present reports of potential prospects to the management for aiding critical business decisions.
  3. Boost company revenue and achieve sales targets by taking appropriate measures into consideration.
  4. Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities to analyze the sales prospects.
  5. Ensure dynamic communication with clients through online and offline modes, thereby promoting company products and services.
  6. Understanding and promoting the company’s Products & Services as assigned.
