Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline is preferred.<br>Experience<br>Minimum 12–15 years of progressive IT experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Previous experience within a hospital, healthcare, or highly regulated environment is strongly preferred. Job Purpose:The Graduate Officer will support the IT team in maintaining and enhancing the Bank's technology infrastructure, assist with troubleshooting, and contribute to various projects aimed at optimizing IT services.<br><br>Key Responsibilities:Assist in the day-to-day maintenance and support of IT systems, networks, and software applications.
