Talent Acquisition & People Happiness / Office Manager owns end-to-end recruitment for the entire group, ensuring every company under the group is staffed with the right people at the right time. Alongside recruitment, the role is responsible for people happiness — building a positive, engaged workplace culture — and for the day-to-day management of the office, making sure the work environment runs smoothly for everyone in it. <br>Note: Previous experience working in a recruitment agency is highly preferred. <br>Key Responsibilities1. Group Recruitment Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle for all companies within the group from job requisition through to offer and onboarding. People Happiness & Employee Experience Design and run employee engagement initiatives events, celebrations, and recognition programs across the group. Plan and coordinate celebrations for occasions such as Eid, National Day, and other cultural and company milestones. Run employee satisfaction surveys and pulse checks, and follow up with initiatives that respond to the feedback. Recognize employee achievements and milestones, including birthdays and work anniversaries. Act as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns, escalating to the HR Manager where needed. Design a welcoming onboarding experience for new joiners across the group, including welcome kits and induction sessions. Champion a positive, inclusive workplace culture across all group offices.3. Office Management Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring the workplace is well-maintained, organized, and fully functional. Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, and coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement and maintenance. Coordinate meeting rooms, office events, and logistics for internal and external visitors. Support health & safety standards and general upkeep of the office environment. Manage the office administration budget and track related expenses. Provide administrative support to management and staff as needed. Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous experience in recruitment agency is highly preferred.5+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, ideally spanning multiple companies or business units. Experience managing full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing through to onboarding. Prior experience with employee engagement, events, or people/culture initiatives is a strong advantage.
