Primary responsibility of this position is to assist in the setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) systems and equipment for onsite MPD applications. Provide operational guidance to the operations team for the operation of the managed pressure drilling system, specialty riser joints, umbilical reels, control skids, manifolds and other associated equipment; deploy running, retrieving, and testing tools and any other equipment associated with the MPD system. Ensure all evolutions of the MPD operation are performed safely and within the limitations of the equipment. Ensure that all well control equipment and activities meet all corporate, local, and client regulations and requirements.<br><br>Qualifications<br><br>High school diploma or equivalent.3+ years of technical background in managed pressure drilling and support systems.2+ years of experience in managed pressure drilling operations. Ability to operate below tension ring managed pressure drilling system. Familiar with active control devices or rotary control devices. Familiar with hydraulic downhole hydraulic models. Familiar with current managed pressure drilling technology and future trends. Hydraulic, electronics and mechanical troubleshooting experience. Understanding of mechanical equipment and machinery. Travel is an essential job function (approximately 100%, this is an offshore rotational position).<br><br>Essential Functions<br><br>Operate the MPD system for MPD applications, pressurized mud cap drilling, and underbalanced drilling. Work in conjunction with the operational personnel and monitor the well and ensure the planned operational limits in the influx management envelope are maintained. During MPD sections assist with drilling, connections, dynamic formation integrity tests, logging, and cementing. Create accurate daily reports and assist with the end of well reports to record the MPD activities. Ability to perform routine MPD calculations. Assist in the setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) systems and equipment for offshore below tension ring MPD applications. Assist operational groups with ensuring the internal and external preservation, including lubrication of all managed pressure drilling equipment in storage and/or not in use. Actively participate in offsite DWOP, HAZID, and training exercises. Demonstrate system knowledge and reference material location in order to perform all aspects of maintenance, repair and upkeep on all managed pressure drilling systems and support systems, mechanical auxiliary systems, preventative maintenance and inspections on equipment. Conduct equipment overhaul as required. Record maintenance activities and failure reporting in the electronic maintenance system. Forward planning and submit purchase requisitions for managed pressure drilling spare parts, tools, materials, and services. Monitor and/or correct any design discrepancy related to personnel safety. Review all Original Equipment Manufacturer (“OEM”) bulletins and Company well control equipment- related alerts for relevance to the region and ensure that an effective action plan is in place. Ensure that the region acquires an approved Management of Change (“MOC”) in the event that a deviation from Noble’s policies are necessary. Adhere to and participate in Noble’s Health, Safety, and Environmental (“HSE”) policies and procedures. Assist project teams with installation and commissioning of managed pressure drilling equipment. Monitor the progress of vendors on building of new equipment and repairs of existing equipment. Other duties and projects as assigned. TRAVEL is looking for a motivated Business Development & Partnerships Manager to grow our network of partners and help expand the sales of audio tour guides through collaborations, aggregators, tourism partners, and content creators. The ideal candidate will focus on identifying, onboarding, supporting, and growing partners who can sell, co-create, and distribute audio tours. This role is highly relationship-driven and requires someone who can understand partner needs, build a strong pipeline, pitch effectively, and turn registrations into active business accounts.<br>Key Responsibilities Identify and approach potential partners, including tourism companies, museums, attractions, tour operators, aggregators, travel platforms, and destination organizations. Build and manage a strong partner pipeline across target markets. Contact potential partners individually, arrange meetings, and present the izi. TRAVEL partnership opportunity. Understand why partners register, identify their target audience, and help them become active sellers of audio tours. Onboard new partners and guide them through the process of creating, promoting, and selling audio tours. Work closely with partners to co-create tours and develop new business opportunities. Support partners with sales strategy, account development, and practical guidance on how to sell more tours. Push for business growth by motivating partners and converting inactive or registered partners into active accounts. Attend exhibitions, tourism events, and industry networking opportunities to identify new partners and aggregators. Collaborate with account managers and the data production team to ensure successful tour production and delivery. Coordinate with Informap and internal teams to support tour creation and partner execution. Oversee the overall execution of partner activities from first contact to active sales. Set targets, track progress, and report on partner acquisition, onboarding, activation, and revenue growth. Work with the wider international team, including the US team, on business development initiatives.<br>Key Skills and Experience Experience in business development, partnerships, account management, tourism, travel tech, museums, attractions, or digital content sales. Strong ability to identify potential partners and convert them into active business accounts. Excellent communication, pitching, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable contacting prospects directly and setting up meetings. Ability to understand partner needs and propose practical ways to help them sell. Experience working with international partners is a plus. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple partner conversations at the same time.
