<ul><li>Develop and maintain detailed 2D and 3D CAD models and BIM models using AutoCAD and Revit, ensuring adherence to project standards and specifications.</li><li>Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other project stakeholders to integrate design changes and resolve clashes within the BIM environment.</li><li>Produce accurate construction drawings, shop drawings, and documentation from BIM models for various disciplines, including architectural, structural, and MEP.</li><li>Perform clash detection and analysis using Navisworks or similar software to identify and resolve potential conflicts before construction.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Associate's degree or equivalent in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering Technology, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a CAD Technician with a strong focus on BIM.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structure, MEP) is essential.</li><li>Experience with clash detection software such as Navisworks is highly desirable.</li></ul>
