<section>Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities<div class="paragraph"><ul><li>Review assigned task cards with Certifying Staff to gain full understanding of work scope, priorities, documentation requirements, and cautions prior to starting work.</li><li>Prepare work areas, materials, tools, equipment, and Ground Support Equipment (GSE) required for assigned tasks.</li><li>Perform aircraft painting, paint repair, and surface finishing activities strictly in accordance with approved task cards, maintenance data, and company procedures, and as directed by Certifying Staff / authorized personnel.</li><li>Ensure proper tooling, and equipment, are drawn from stores, used correctly, and returned in good condition following completion of work.</li><li>Regularly report task progress to Certifying Staff and promptly communicate any defects, issues, or deviations encountered during execution.</li><li>Manage the safety of own assigned maintenance tasks, ensuring all published mandatory precautions are taken prior to and during task execution.</li><li>Take positive steps to protect self and others in the work area from possible injury, including correct use of GSE and PPE.</li><li>Adhere to Human Factors principles and fatigue management practices, following work interruption procedures and ensuring adequate access and lighting during maintenance and inspection activities.</li><li>Maintain excellent housekeeping standards, ensuring a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.</li><li>Minimize wastage of consumable materials and part repair costs by avoiding unnecessary damage and repeat work through careful workmanship and procedural adherence.</li><li>Work effectively as part of the maintenance team, supporting additional duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager (MM), Quality Assurance Manager (QAM), or other authorized personnel.</li><li>Work under pressure and within rotating shift patterns, as operationally required.</li></ul></div></section><section>Desired Candidate Profile<ul><li>AME License or recognized Trade Certificate in Aircraft Painting or a related discipline.</li><li>Minimum 1 year of relevant aviation painting experience, preferably within a CAR-145 approved MRO or airline maintenance organization.</li><li>Formal training in Aircraft Painting techniques.</li><li>Training/working knowledge of GCAA/EASA CAR-145 maintenance requirements.</li><li>Human Factors training (required).</li><li>Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.</li><li>Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to a good standard for technical documentation and workplace communication.</li></ul></section>

Together, we make Every Moment Matter. Job Description Key Responsibilities: Able to apply paint, stain, varnish, enamel, putty etc. to property walls, ceilings, and furniture. Able to work on gypsum board (cutting, new installation) Able to effectively use brushes, spray guns, or rollers. Responsible for maintaining property colour scheme specifications. Apply primers or sealers to prepare new surfaces, such as bare wood or metal, for finish coats. Remove old finishes by stripping, sanding, wire brushing, burning, or using water and/or abrasive blasting. Cover surfaces with appropriate material for protection during painting and post appropriate paint signs. Clean up and store paint and painting tools and equipment in appropriate areas. Use proper equipment, wear appropriate personal protective clothing (PPE), and employ correct lifting procedures, as necessary, to avoid injury. Coordinate with the vendor to modify the colours of paint, stain, or varnish. Complete appropriate safety training and certifications to perform work tasks. Report work-related accidents, or other injuries immediately upon occurrence to manager/supervisor. Any other job or duties assigned by the management as and when required. Hunter Wheel Alignment Technician – Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform wheel alignment using Hunter HawkEye Elite equipment.</li><li>Adjust Camber, Caster, and Toe settings accurately.</li><li>Diagnose vehicle pulling issues and abnormal tire wear.</li><li>Inspect suspension and steering components related to alignment problems.</li><li>Provide accurate alignment reports and recommendations.</li><li>Maintain workshop equipment and ensure a clean working environment.</li><li>Deliver high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction.</li></ul>Desired Candidate Profile<ul><li>Proven hands-on experience with Hunter HawkEye Elite system (Mandatory).</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in wheel alignment and suspension diagnostics.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Camber, Caster, and Toe adjustments.</li><li>Ability to diagnose tire wear and vehicle handling issues.</li><li>Experience with passenger cars and SUVs.</li><li>UAE/GCC experience is an advantage.</li><li>Good communication skills and professional attitude.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul>
