Job Purpose<br><br>To lead the administration, data integrity, and performance analysis of the CAFM platform across all operational sites. The role ensures that maintenance, asset tracking, and performance reporting processes are digitally enabled and aligned with organizational goals, contract KPIs, and statutory compliance.<br><br>Job Responsibilities<br><br>Create and Manage all on-demand and POs in CAFM. Create and Manage all AMC Work Orders and POs in CAFMRecord and update CAFM stores status and inventory. Coordinate with Facilities Managers, FM Engineers and Technicians regarding status of tasks. Maintain and update all necessary records and database that includes but not limited to services provided, supplier’s list, etc. Log calls/jobs on CAFM applications received. Lead the configuration and rollout of CAFM modules across various FM disciplines including Hard, Soft, and Specialized Services. Conduct system training for FM staff, contractors, and helpdesk personnel to ensure consistent use of CAFM workflows and protocols. Primary responsibility of this position is to assist in the setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) systems and equipment for onsite MPD applications. Provide operational guidance to the operations team for the operation of the managed pressure drilling system, specialty riser joints, umbilical reels, control skids, manifolds and other associated equipment; deploy running, retrieving, and testing tools and any other equipment associated with the MPD system. Ensure all evolutions of the MPD operation are performed safely and within the limitations of the equipment. Ensure that all well control equipment and activities meet all corporate, local, and client regulations and requirements.<br><br>Qualifications<br><br>High school diploma or equivalent.3+ years of technical background in managed pressure drilling and support systems.2+ years of experience in managed pressure drilling operations. Work in conjunction with the operational personnel and monitor the well and ensure the planned operational limits in the influx management envelope are maintained. During MPD sections assist with drilling, connections, dynamic formation integrity tests, logging, and cementing. Create accurate daily reports and assist with the end of well reports to record the MPD activities. Ability to perform routine MPD calculations. Assist in the setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) systems and equipment for offshore below tension ring MPD applications. Assist operational groups with ensuring the internal and external preservation, including lubrication of all managed pressure drilling equipment in storage and/or not in use. Actively participate in offsite DWOP, HAZID, and training exercises. Demonstrate system knowledge and reference material location in order to perform all aspects of maintenance, repair and upkeep on all managed pressure drilling systems and support systems, mechanical auxiliary systems, preventative maintenance and inspections on equipment.
