Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Manage multidisciplinary teams including architecture, structural, mechanical, electrical, ELV, fire, and specialist consultants. Develop and maintain project execution plans, schedules, resource plans, and delivery strategies. Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with scope, budget, program, quality requirements, and client expectations. Lead design coordination meetings, technical workshops, progress reviews, and client presentations. Monitor project commercial performance including fee management, scope control, variation management, and contract administration. Identify and manage project risks, technical challenges, and stakeholder expectations. Coordinate with authorities, operators, contractors, vendors, and specialist consultants. Support business development activities, proposal preparation, and client relationship management. Mentor project teams and support the development of junior project managers and discipline leads.<br>Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline. Master’s degree is preferred. Minimum 15 years of experience in engineering consultancy, design management, or project delivery. Proven experience delivering large-scale data center projects within a consultancy environment. Strong understanding of mission-critical infrastructure including power, cooling, telecommunications, security, and resilience requirements. Experience managing multidisciplinary design teams and stakeholders. Strong commercial, contractual, and project management skills. Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.<br>Preferred Attributes Experience delivering hyperscale data center campuses. Strong understanding of Uptime Institute Tier Standards, TIA-942, ASHRAE, and mission-critical design principles.
