<strong>Job Overview</strong><br>The Capillary Assistant Operator is a semi entry-level crew member who supports the team during capillary operations. <p>KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES</p><br><p># Monitor buses drivers’ behaviors in the field within buses stations right of way.# Availability 24/7 in all bus stations.# Perform other related duties and responsibilities associated with the position.# Supervise and monitor the assets of RTA and to ensure that non-entitled users do not use them, andpenalize the offenders through issuing them with fine in accordance with approved rules and instructions andregulations.# Monitor daily the investors and strategic stakeholders to ensure the tasks accomplishment as agreed.# Implement instructions and circulars and service change orders received form the management# Ensure the cleanliness of buses and stations facilities daily according to the approved program for washing ofbuses.# Full coordination with the control center on the schedule of bus traffic , reporting of accidents and disruptionof buses on the station right of way and reporting on which affect the efficiency and effectiveness of theoperation to maintain not affect the strategic goal (people Happiness ).# Receive drivers and customers observations regarding stations service and report them to the operationssupervisor for clarification as per instructions.# Receive findings from drivers and customers in the stations and transfer them to the concerned department inaccordance with the procedures.# Inform direct Operations supervisor in Bus Stations on any matter which could lead to improve quality ofservice provided.# Conduct field training and support new staff working in bus stations to improve and provide best services tocustomers.# Monitor Health and Safety procedures and all equipment of bus stations.</p><br> <p>Education# High School</p><br><p>Skills# Good listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing.# Resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues.# Basic Computer-literate performer# 0 - 2 years of working experience# Fluent in English reading, writing and speaking.
