We are a diversified Main Contractor hiring Civil Estimation Engineer<br>Key Responsibilities:Study tender documents including drawings, project specification, BOQ, scope of work, contract conditions and find out discrepancies and request clarifications from client / consultant. Visit projects sites to gather essential information. Obtain quotations from suppliers / subcontractors securing best deals. Advise lower level estimators of company estimating methods/procedures and provides estimate breakdown direction Review estimates prepared by lower level estimators to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with the scope of work, including those developed by suppliers / subcontractors that may need revising to reflect construction practices Prepare conceptual and definitive cost estimates to meet project goals, such as setting work hours, sequencing tasks, and obtaining materials.
