Review engineering designs, technical drawings, specifications, and method statements to ensure compliance with project and client requirements. Provide technical expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex MEP and building services issues. Recommend engineering improvements to enhance system reliability, energy efficiency, and asset lifecycle.<br>Maintenance Management Plan, supervise, and monitor preventive, corrective, predictive, and emergency maintenance activities. Ensure all maintenance works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs. Monitor equipment performance and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and improve operational reliability. Support lifecycle replacement planning and major maintenance projects.<br>Project & Site Coordination Manage MEP works for refurbishment, fit-out, and capital improvement projects.
