<section>وصف الوظيفةالأدوار والمسؤوليات<div class="paragraph"><ul><li>يعتني بجميع أعطال المعدات الكهربائية مثل المحركات LV-MV ولوحات التوزيع LV و MCCs وإضاءة المصنع والمحولات والـ UPS و VFD والقواطع والمشغّل اللين وغيرها. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، يقوم بأعمال الصيانة المخطط لها/الوقائية/التنبؤية بأقل توجيه وإشراف.</li><li>يحدد ويفحص أي شذوذات؛ يصلح و/أو يستبدل العناصر المطلوبة، يعيد التجميع ويختبر المعدات، مع الحفاظ على نظافة منطقة العمل.</li><li>يقيم فنيًا متطلبات الوظائف الموكلة ويختار الأدوات والمعدات اللازمة لإتمام العمل.</li><li>يشخّص أعطال كهربائية بشكل فعال ويستطيع استكشاف أعطال الكهرباء للمصنع والمعدات حتى بتوجيه قليل أو بدون توجيه.</li><li>يستخدم نظام الصيانة الحاسوبية (SAP) لطلب قطع الغيار من المستودع ويحافظ على سجلات جميع أعمال الصيانة المنفذة.</li><li>يتأكد من أن جميع أعمال الصيانة تتم وفق إجراءات السلامة ومتطلبات تشغيل المصنع.</li><li>يراقب أي أعطال متكررة ويقترح التعديلات المناسبة لحل المشكلة.</li><li>يوفر معرفة المصانع والمعدات لفنيي الكهرباء/متدربي الحرف الجدد والمقاولين لمساعدتهم في أداء عملهم في الصيانة.</li><li>يستمر في العمل على تحسين الأداء البيئي والصحي والسلامة وأداء المصنع والمعدات من خلال المشاركة في مبادرات 5S والتميز المؤسسي والسلامة.</li><li>يؤدي واجبات أخرى ذات صلة كما يتم توجيهه من المشرف/المسؤول.</li><li>يساعد أقسام أخرى في إصلاح واستكشاف أعطال المعدات.</li></ul></div></section><section>المرشح المطلوب<ul><li>المؤهلات الدنيا:<ul><li>دبلوم في المجال ذي الصلة</li><li>إكمال تدريب PEC للحرف</li></ul></li><li>الخبرة الدنيا:<ul><li>3 سنوات خبرة ذات صلة في صناعة ثقيلة بعد الدبلوم</li><li>لا خبرة مطلوبة بعد إكمال تدريب PEC</li></ul></li><li>المهارات:<ul><li>معرفة جيدة بالإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثًا</li><li>الإلمام بجميع أدوات الصيانة ومعرفة تقنية معلومات جيدة</li><li>خبرة في التركيب والاستكشاف</li><li>القدرة على قراءة وفهم الرسومات/الكتيبات/التعليمات الهندسية</li></ul></li></ul></section>
