Prepare Bills of Quantities (BoQs) for earthworks (excavation and backfill) under the direction of the Lead Electrical/Instrument Engineer Design underground utility networks (storm water, sanitary water, oily water, etc.). Ensure all assigned activities are completed within stipulated man-hour budgets and time schedules. Assist in preparing project-related standards and job notes for assigned projects. Perform engineering design calculations and prepare design sketches as required. Review, comment on, and approve drawings related to E&I scope. Review and comment on supplier drawings and other discipline drawings. Attend progress meetings and assist in preparing project progress reports. Advise supervising engineer on schedule slippages, causes, corrective actions, and unresolved technical issues. Assist in preparing contract requisitions and schedules of quantities for underground utilities work. Liaise with construction personnel and address site queries during construction. Perform duties as reasonably assigned by the Lead or Supervising Electrical/Instrument Engineer Execute all assigned work to agreed safety, health, and environmental standards, demonstrating commitment to high HSE performance. Participate in and provide advice on design activities and initiatives, including training/inductions and documentation review.
