Master's degree or professional certifications such as Professional Engineer (PE), Chartered Engineer (CEng), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP), Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent are highly advantageous. Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, product design, manufacturing engineering, plant engineering, industrial engineering, or related roles. At least 2 years of experience managing engineering teams, technical projects, product development initiatives, or multidisciplinary engineering operations preferred. Strong understanding of mechanical design, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, heat transfer, machine design, manufacturing processes, finite element analysis (FEA), reliability engineering, and project management. Experience with Auto CAD, Solid Works, Inventor, CATIA, Creo, ANSYS, Autodesk Revit, ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, PLM systems, and engineering simulation software. Familiarity with AI-powered engineering analytics, Digital Twin technologies, Industry 4.0, additive manufacturing, IoT-enabled equipment monitoring, predictive maintenance, and smart manufacturing solutions is advantageous. Strong leadership, technical, analytical, communication, stakeholder management, budgeting, organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple engineering projects while balancing technical excellence, safety, regulatory compliance, quality, budgets, schedules, client expectations, and business objectives. Willingness to travel between offices, manufacturing facilities, project sites, customer locations, and supplier facilities as required.
