Today, Digify is used in 138 countries by more than 700,000 users worldwide. THE ROLE We are expanding our sales team and are looking for an Account Executive to support and grow our EMEA business. This is an inbound-led SaaS sales role focused on SMB and mid-market customers. The first priority of the role is to manage and convert inbound demand from EMEA, including trial signups, general enquiries, quote requests and RFPs. As lead volume across EMEA can be high, the Account Executive must be strong at qualification, prioritisation and identifying the opportunities with the highest potential. The ideal candidate is a commercially minded SaaS salesperson with 2–3+ years of experience and notable success in a sales or closing role. <h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> Job Purpose Coordinates various project activities between the end users, third party contractors and Projects Division. Organizes resources required for executing the planned activities. Follows up on resources and materials to ensure timely completion of such EPC projects till close out & ensures contractors’ compliance on warranty conditions. Update the data & report from Plant Maintenance and Project System Module.   Job Specific Accountabilities •    Associates in the preliminary scheduling of major projects in coordination with the Planning Engineers and Project Managers. •    Follows up of projects activities mainly in the stream of materials, asset movements, progress of work. •    Provides general support to Project Managers and Planning Engineers at site while executing major projects, assisting in project correspondences, coordinating in other operating areas and IT personnel on system related issues. •    Visits workshops and warehouse to review status of repairs, availability of spares, receipt of projects. •    Participates in the preparation of annual requirements for budget including scope of activities, scheduling of activities, allocation of resources. •    Coordinates with Contractors and facilitate for smooth and timely completion of tasks.  Monitor Third party works and report to the Project Manager. •    Orders material as and when required by respective disciplines, with the consent of Project Manager. Compiles the spare parts list provided by Project Manager and prepares for material coding. •    Initiates orders for service procurement upon finalization of Work Scope with Planning Engineer / Project Managers. •    Maintains projects tendering through SAP system for third party works, which includes Work order preparation, invitation to bid, assists in technical & commercial evaluation; award the job through service work order. •    Prepares Change Order Review forms based on received from Contractor and obtain internal approval. •    Updates weekly reports with regard to material status, service status of repair equipment. •    Organizes spare parts available in other locations to Workshop for completing the repair and overhaul of equipment. Main Accountabilities: To procure all required materials, supplies, services and equipment, prepare all the relevant contract documentation and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of optimal quality and cost-effective materials and services in line with the organization’s needs to comply with business objectives in the short, medium and long terms through continuous improvement and in accordance with the terms of O&M contract and the Integrated Management System. Detailed Job Description: Procurement Tasks : - Ensure the correct implementation of all relevant company policies and procedures - Follow the Lean for Value approach and aim for continuous improvements - Prepare and call for tenders for product/service procurement, evaluate the bids and negotiate contractual terms (prices, delivery time, penalties), based on technical specifications defined by other O&M departments - Leverage framework agreement for the supply of Products or Maintenance Services (based on technical specifications defined by other O&M departments) - Liaise with internal departments as required in order to identify their procurement needs, specifications, quantities, etc. and follow-up with them on a regular basis in order to ensure timely procurement of materials - Initiate renegotiations/renewals of all local agreements in the scope of this position well in advance of the expiry dates to ensure timely renewal. - Use the CMMS and/or any other purchase history available to monitor price fluctuations in material, equipment or services and avoid unreasonable increase in prices given the market conditions - Use new suppliers and alternative products/services, whether within the UAE and GCC region or internationally, using publicly available resources and available shareholder resources. - Follow up and efficiently manage the different procurement stages from the purchase request to the delivery of service or material to ensure the products/services are delivered on time and conform to the specific purchase requirements - Remain updated on current developments in the field of purchasing, prices, market conditions and new products through price benchmarking - Implement best practices in procurement management based on past experience, international and internal best practices - Participate scrap sales - Attend meetings as requested. - Responsible for all logistic functions such as import and export of goods for local and international shipments and coordinating with the clearing agent/ customs representatives to clear shipments on time. - Participate as necessary in audit processes as and when required. - Perform any duties requested by the Plant Manager or O&M Director. - Arrange credit facilities with new/existing suppliers and minimize advance payments - Maximize savings and purchasing performance through relevant KPI’s - Arrange meetings with suppliers as required. Produce and maintain employee schedules which ensure that targeted service levels are achieved.</li><li>Liaise with Contact Centre Operations Officers and local management teams to manage holiday planning, agent change of hours requests and leave allocation so as to maintain high employee satisfaction without compromising on customer service.</li><li>Use developed forecasts to identify gaps in operational coverage with current manpower and recommend overtime requirements, ensuring adherence to employee legislation for the respective jurisdiction for the next 2 weeks ahead.</li><li>Proactively address shift and daily operational productivity and manage and troubleshoot immediate operational issues in order to maintain network service levels and to ensure impact on customer service across the contact centre and retail office network is kept to a minimum.</li><li>Monitor recruitment and attrition rates and highlight potential issues to the Contact Centre Operations team and training departments to ensure adequate resources is recruited and competent in appropriate skills.</li><li>Produce regular communication newsletters to the network updating them on annual leave availability and potential resource surplus and shortfall periods.</li></ul> QualificationTo be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements: <ul><li>Working experience as a Resource Planner/ Data Analyst within Aviation Industry or Contact Centre.</li><li>Ability to work as a sole contributor & as a team player to meet tight deadlines.</li><li>Deliver strong results within a virtual team environment.</li><li>Ability to build enduring relationships within the business.</li><li>Advanced knowledge in MS Excel (Macro, Pivot tables etc.)</li><li>Advanced knowledge in PowerPoint.</li><li>Working knowledge of databases like SAP, Micro Strategy, SQL servers etc.</li></ul> Emirates Group is an international organisation with employees from over 170 nationalities; we encourage applications from across the globe.
