As a Dredging Fleet Trainee at Boskalis in Papendrecht, you contribute to projects that have a visible and lasting impact.<br><br>What You Can Expect<br><br>As a trainee, you contribute your technical knowledge to the core dredging process by supporting engineering and operational projects, ensuring reliable vessel performance, and assisting with maintenance, upgrades and daily operations within the fleet. Your work combines technical problem-solving with hands-on involvement. This means working in the office on planning and coordination, as well as going on site or abroad to support projects in practice.
