Maintain organized records, contracts, tenant files, and company documents. Coordinate with tenants, suppliers, contractors, and internal departments. Prepare reports, correspondence, and management updates.<br>Finance Support Process invoices, receipts, and payment requests. Track tenant rent collections and follow up on outstanding payments. Maintain financial records and assist with monthly reconciliations. Coordinate with the finance team regarding expenses, budgets, and vendor payments. Prepare basic financial reports and spreadsheets.<br>Property Management Support Act as the primary point of contact for tenants regarding administrative matters. Manage tenancy contracts, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs. Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with service providers. Monitor occupancy records and maintain tenant databases. Assist in handling tenant communications and property-related documentation.<br>Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in Administration, Finance, Property Management, Real Estate, Hospitality, or a similar role. Experience working with tenants, lease agreements, rent collections, and property administration is preferred. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage). Ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally. Currently based in the UAE and available for face-to-face interviews. Prior experience in an HR support role and familiarity with technology companies or fast-paced environments is beneficial.
