Assist management with operational and administrative tasks when required. Ensure that deadlines, renewals, approvals, and required documentation are followed up on without constant supervision. Handle confidential company and client information professionally. Candidate Requirements Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Real Estate Administrator in Dubai. Practical knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and transaction processes. Strong experience with Property Finder, Bayut, CRM systems, broker portals, and developer portals. Good knowledge of RERA procedures, Trakheesi permits, tenancy contracts, Ejari, DEWA, Empower, and NOC processes. Hands-on experience preparing Forms A, B, F, and I.
