In this role, you will be responsible for the design, analysis, and development of mechanical/electric/hydraulic mechanisms that are critical to our products — from launch and recovery systems through flight control linkages and landing gears. Lead and supervise site construction activities for Mechanical, HVAC, Piping, Painting, Insulation, Refractory and Fireproofing, ensuring safe execution within schedule, quality and budget requirements.<br>Key Responsibilities<br> Manage subcontractors, field personnel and construction activities against project schedules.<br> Develop 90-day/6-week look-ahead plans and ensure workfront readiness.<br> Review construction methods, procedures, IFC drawings and technical queries.<br> Coordinate with Engineering, PMT, Client, QC and subcontractors to resolve site issues.<br> Monitor daily progress, quality inspections, RFIs, ITRs, NCRs and punch-list closure.<br> Supervise Mechanical/Piping activities including pressure testing, flange management, equipment installation and rotating equipment.<br> Support pre-commissioning, commissioning and system turnover activities.<br> Review HVAC installation, testing, documentation and compliance with project requirements.<br> Monitor subcontractor changes, site instructions, variations, quantities and cost impacts.<br> Ensure competent and certified personnel, safe work practices and compliance with project standards.<br><br><br><br>Requirements<br><br>Requirements<br> 8+ years Mechanical & Piping Engineering experience in international Oil & Gas EPC construction/subcontracting; 8+ years HVAC experience for HVAC-focused roles.<br> Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.<br> Strong knowledge of Mechanical/HVAC, Piping and construction activities.<br> Thorough knowledge of ASME, API codes and standards for static/rotating equipment and piping.<br> Middle East, CIS/FSU or North Africa experience preferred.<br> Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving and subcontractor management skills.<br> Lifting and scaffolding supervision training preferred.<br>Key Skills<br>Mechanical Construction | Piping | HVAC | Oil & Gas EPC | Rotating Equipment | Subcontractor Management | Pre-Commissioning | Commissioning | ASME | API | QA/QC.

Job Title: Facilities Engineer Department: Facilities Management Location: Dubai, UAEJob Summary:The Facilities Engineer is responsible for ensuring the seamless operation, maintenance, and presentation of all building systems across high-end residential and commercial developments. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service standards, maintaining asset value, and enhancing the overall resident and tenant experience in line with luxury brand expectations.<br>Key Responsibilities:<br><br>Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of all MEP systems, ensuring optimal performance across luxury properties. Manage and monitor HVAC systems, chillers, pumps, elevators, lighting systems, water features, and Building Management Systems (BMS). Implement and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance programs to uphold premium property standards. Coordinate with FM service providers, contractors, and specialist vendors to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery. Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, DEWA, and other UAE regulatory requirements. Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and condition assessments of assets and infrastructure. Monitor energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives, supporting cost optimization without compromising quality. Lead emergency response procedures, including system breakdowns, fire alarms, and critical incidents. Support project handover processes, including snagging, testing & commissioning, and documentation review. Maintain accurate records through CAFM systems, including maintenance logs, asset registers, and reports. Collaborate with property management and customer service teams to address tenant concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure all facilities reflect luxury standards in cleanliness, functionality, and aesthetics.<br>Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience in facilities management, preferably with luxury real estate developers or premium hospitality assets. Strong expertise in MEP systems, BMS operations, and lifecycle maintenance. Hands-on experience with high-rise residential towers, villas, or mixed-use luxury developments. Familiarity with UAE authority regulations and compliance standards.
