<section><p class="heading jdMain">وصف الوظيفة</p><p class="heading">الأدوار والمسؤوليات</p><div class="paragraph"><ul><li><p>مراقبة التنبيهات عبر الأدوات واتخاذ الإجراءات الملائمة</p></li><li><p>الاستجابة للحوادث وحلها ضمن جداول SLA</p></li><li><p>إدارة دورة تذكرة الدعم: إعادة التعيين، الحل، الإغلاق</p></li><li><p>إجراء فحوصات أساسية لخادم Windows: التعطل، الخدمات، الاستغلال</p></li><li><p>المساعدة في إدارة المستخدمين/المجموعات عبر AD وExchange</p></li><li><p>الحفاظ على SOPs ومتابعة التوثيق للحوادث</p></li><li><p>التواصل بوضوح مع الحوادث الحرجة (P1/P2) ضمن الجداول الزمنية</p></li></ul><p>اتباع آداب البريد الإلكتروني والهاتف خلال التصعيدات</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">الملف المرشح المطلوب</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>نبحث عن مهندس رصد ودعم استباقي لإدارة التنبيهات والحوادث وفحوصات الخادم/الشبكة الأساسية. سيقوم المرشح بإدارة رصد البنية التحتية، واستجابة الحوادث، والتوثيق، وضمان التواصل في الوقت المناسب، مع المساعدة في مهام أساسية للخادم وAD</p><p></p></section>
