Role Description The IT Support Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for providing technical assistance to team members and ensuring smooth operation of core IT systems. Responsibilities:<br>Assess and monitor software life-cycle processes and associated outputs to ensure compliance with approved software plans, organizational standards, and certification guidelines (e.g., DO-178C). Perform process assurance activities, including reviews, audits, and evaluations of development and verification activities to ensure adherence to defined procedures and project objectives.
