<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><ol><li><p><strong>Promote and sell biomedical equipment and healthcare technology solutions</strong> to hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and healthcare providers.</p></li><li><p><strong>Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations</strong> to customers, explaining features, benefits, and clinical applications of medical devices.</p></li><li><p><strong>Provide technical support and consultation</strong> to clients before, during, and after the sales process.</p></li><li><p><strong>Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships</strong> with healthcare professionals, procurement teams, and decision-makers.</p></li><li><p><strong>Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents</strong> in accordance with customer requirements and company policies.</p></li><li><p><strong>Install, test, and commission biomedical equipment</strong>, ensuring proper functionality and compliance with manufacturer specifications.</p></li><li><p><strong>Train healthcare staff and end-users</strong> on the safe and effective operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of medical equipment.</p></li><li><p><strong>Coordinate preventive maintenance and repair activities</strong>, working closely with service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and equipment reliability.</p></li><li><p><strong>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging healthcare technologies</strong> to support business growth and product positioning.</p></li><li><p><strong>Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, quality standards, and safety requirements</strong>, while maintaining accurate sales records and technical documentation.</p></li></ol></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering.</p></li><li><p>Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in sales or technical support within the medical device or healthcare technology industry.</p></li><li><p>Deep understanding of medical device technologies, clinical applications, and healthcare market dynamics.</p></li></ul><p></p></section>

<ul><li><p>Ensures that all JCIA policies and procedures are followed and implemented.</p></li><li><p>Responsible for maintaining all medical equipment according to Manufacturers recommendations.</p></li><li><p>Coordinates & performs different medical equipment related works and services. PPM, Calibration & Breakdown maintenance.</p></li><li><p>Coordinates all departmental requirements and purchase of spare parts. Ensure that the hospital standards and strategies comply with the latest industry practice, safety, environmental and process safety management requirements.</p></li><li><p>Responsible for spare parts Management & PPM Software.</p></li><li><p>Responsible for monitoring suppliers maintenance of the equipment under warranty and service contracts</p></li><li><p>Scrutinizes medical equipment procured and countersign delivery notes as being approved by biomedical department, when necessary.</p></li><li><p>Responsible to evaluate the safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of old biomedical equipment.</p></li><li><p>Assists in the purchase of Medical Equipment & Instruments.</p></li><li><p>Works in shifts to suit functioning of department.</p></li><li><p>To be available for ON CALL and overtime work as per employment contract</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>Diploma in Engineering or its equivalent.</p></li></ul>
