We are seeking a Senior Estimator (Pre-Contract) with 10+ years of UAE building construction experience to join a multidisciplinary consultancy. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our in-house architects, engineers, and project managers to lead cost planning, feasibility studies, tendering, and budget control from initial concept through contract award.<br>Key Responsibilities Cost Planning & Estimating: Develop feasibility studies, budget estimates, and detailed Cost Plans (Concept to Detailed Design) in close coordination with internal design and engineering teams. Job Title: Newbuilding Estimator - Shipyard Reports To: Head of Design<br>Job Summary:The Newbuilding Estimator is responsible for developing accurate cost estimates for new vessel construction projects within the shipyard. This includes assessing technical specifications, analyzing shipbuilding drawings, and preparing detailed budgets for labor, materials, subcontractors, and equipment.
