<p>المهام والمسؤوليات
· استقبال استفسارات وطلبات دعم العملاء عبر القنوات المعتمدة (الهاتف، البريد الإلكتروني، نظام إدارة الطلبات)، وتحليلها ومتابعتها حتى الإغلاق ضمن مستويات الخدمة المتفق عليها (SLA).
· المشاركة في تطبيق النظام لدى العملاء: إعداد البيانات الأساسية، دعم عمليات ترحيل البيانات، وتحضير البيانات التجريبية وتنفيذ اختبارات القبول (UAT).
· فهم متطلبات العميل وتوثيقها بشكل واضح ودقيق وتحويلها إلى مدخلات قابلة للتنفيذ من قبل الفريق الفني.
· إعداد وتوثيق أدلة المستخدم والأدلة الفنية وخرائط سير العمل وخطوات حل المشاكل المتكررة.
· تقديم جلسات تدريب ونقل معرفة للمستخدمين النهائيين، ومتابعة استخدامهم للنظام خلال الفترة الانتقالية بعد التطبيق.
· التنسيق مع فرق التطوير وضبط الجودة لمتابعة الملاحظات والتعديلات حتى تسليمها.
· إعداد تقارير دورية عن حالة الطلبات والمشاكل المتكررة، واقتراح تحسينات على النظام والإجراءات.

· شهادة بكالوريوس أو دبلوم في تقنية المعلومات / نظم المعلومات / الموارد البشرية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
· إتقان اللغة العربية تحدثاً وكتابة (شرط أساسي)، مع القدرة على إعداد مراسلات ووثائق رسمية باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
· إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً ومحادثةً.
