<section>Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities<div class="paragraph"><ul><li>Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on HUSKY HYPET, HYCAP,  and Sidel blow molding machines to prevent unexpected failures.</li><li>Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults using specialized tools and equipment; implement effective corrective actions.</li><li>Calibrate, adjust, and repair sensors, actuators, drives, and control systems on blow molding machines.</li><li>Monitor and maintain chillers to ensure optimal temperature control and prevent system failures.</li><li>Service compressors by checking for leaks, lubricating parts, and replacing worn components to maintain air quality and pressure.</li><li>Operate and maintain boiler systems, including pressure checks, burner adjustments, and safety valve testing to comply with safety regulations.</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair motor drives, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and PLC-controlled systems.</li><li>Assist in the installation, commissioning, and testing of new machinery and equipment.</li><li>Maintain technical documentation, including maintenance logs, repair reports, and equipment manuals.</li><li>Ensure all electrical wiring and mechanical installations comply with international safety standards and company policies.</li><li>Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machinery performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Manage spare parts inventory.</li><li>Respond swiftly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production losses.</li><li>Implement energy-saving measures and contribute to sustainable manufacturing practices.</li><li>Participate actively in safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed.</li><li>Continuously update technical knowledge through training and workshops.</li></ul></div></section><section>Desired Candidate Profile<ul><li>Diploma or degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.</li><li>Extensive experience with HUSKY HYPET, HYCAP,  and Sidel blow molding machines is essential.</li><li>Strong understanding of refrigeration systems including chillers.</li><li>Hands-on experience with compressors and industrial boiler operations.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals.</li><li>Skilled with diagnostic tools such as multimeters, vibrometer, and thermal imaging cameras.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.</li><li>Effective communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Willingness to work in shifts and handle emergency call-outs.</li></ul>Certification in relevant technical courses or safety training is an advantage</section>

<h4>Position summary</h4> Respond and attend to guest repair requests. Communicate with guests/customers to resolve maintenance issues. Perform preventive maintenance on tools and kitchen and mechanical room equipment, including cleaning and lubrication. Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines. Carry equipment (e.g., tools, radio). Identify, locate, and operate all shut-off valves for equipment and all utility shut-offs for buildings. Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed. Communicate each day’s activities and problems that occur to the other shifts using approved communication programs and standards. Display basic knowledge or ability to acquire knowledge in the following categories: air conditioning and refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, pneumatic/electronic systems and controls, carpentry and finish skills, kitchen equipment, vehicles, energy conservation, and/or general building. Perform all surface preparation, painting, minor drywall and wood trim repair, light bulb and A/C filter replacement and the complete and thorough cleanup of the painting or repair area. Test, troubleshoot and perform basic repair on all types of equipment, plumbing (e.g., plunge toilets and unclog drains), electrical components including lamps, cosmetic items, extension cords, vacuum cleaners, internet devices, replace electrical switches and outlets, and other guestroom items. Program TVs and perform general housekeeping and engineering-related inventory duties. Use the Lockout/Tagout system before performing any maintenance work. Perform repairs on interior and exterior landscaping as well as external landscaping sprinklers. Display basic computer skills including inputting air handler schedules and making temperature changes. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications; and properly store flammable materials. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. We are looking for hardworking and physically fit Helpers to support our Bridge Maintenance team in Al Ain. The role involves assisting skilled technicians and tradesmen in carrying out routine bridge maintenance activities, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. This is an outdoor job that requires working in varying weather conditions. Key Responsibilities 1) Assist technicians and maintenance crews during bridge maintenance activities. 2) Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment to work locations. 3) Clean and prepare work areas before, during, and after maintenance activities. 4) Support painting, cleaning, repair, and maintenance works as instructed by supervisors. 5) Assist in setting up barricades, traffic management equipment, and safety signage. 6) Handle manual tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials safely. 7) Maintain housekeeping at the worksite and ensure tools are stored properly. 8) Follow all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) procedures at all times. 9) Wear and properly use the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). 10) Perform other duties assigned by the Site Supervisor.• Previous experience as a Helper, Labourer, or Construction Worker is an advantage. • Physically fit and capable of performing manual outdoor work. • Willing to work at heights and in varying weather conditions when required. • Basic understanding of workplace safety practices. • Ability to work effectively as part of a team. • Must be currently available in the UAE. • Immediate joiners are preferred.
