Position Summary<br><br>We are seeking an experienced Consultant Sports Medicine Physician with proven experience managing athletes to join our multidisciplinary sports medicine service in Abu Dhabi.<br><br>The successful candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to professional, elite and recreational athletes, with a focus on injury prevention, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation and safe return to sport.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Provide comprehensive sports medicine assessment and treatment for athletes. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic sports-related injuries. Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans. Perform pre-participation and sports-specific medical assessments. Manage musculoskeletal, overuse and exercise-related conditions. Provide guidance on injury prevention, training loads and athlete health. Coordinate return-to-play and return-to-training programs. Recognized Board Certification/Specialist or Consultant qualification in the relevant specialty. Fellowship or advanced training in Sports Medicine is highly desirable. Proven clinical experience working with professional, elite or competitive athletes is required. Experience managing athletes across training and competition environments.
