<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><ul><li><p>Provide technical consultancy, training, and general support services for assigned SAP modules.</p></li><li><p>Support one or more SAP modules including HCM, SuccessFactors, BI, BusinessObjects, Ariba, MM, WM, EHSM, PM, FICO, PS, and GRC.</p></li><li><p>Deliver SAP-related project support and technical services.</p></li><li><p>Work with business users to support SAP applications and resolve technical or functional issues.</p></li><li><p>Ensure effective application support and maintenance.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and maintain technical documentation where required.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with project teams to deliver SAP solutions in line with business requirements.</p></li><li><p>Ensure effective communication with stakeholders and provide user support and training.</p></li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li><p>8–11 years of relevant experience for Mid-level roles or 12+ years for Senior-level roles.</p></li><li><p>Strong expertise in one or more SAP modules (HCM, SuccessFactors, BI, BusinessObjects, Ariba, MM, WM, EHSM, PM, FICO, PS, GRC).</p></li><li><p>Excellent technical, functional, and troubleshooting skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.</p></li><li><p>Experience working in enterprise SAP environments.</p></li><li><p>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.</p></li></ul><p></p></section>
