<section>Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities<div class="paragraph">About the RoleThe Exile is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our premium Coffee, Food and Entertainment destination in Al Ain, UAE.This is not a traditional café management role. The successful candidate will oversee a unique hospitality concept combining specialty coffee, quality food, immersive entertainment and exceptional customer service.Roles & Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and manage all daily business operations.</li><li>Maintain exceptional service standards across Coffee, Food and Entertainment.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company SOPs, health and safety requirements, cleanliness standards and operational procedures.</li><li>Monitor opening and closing procedures.</li><li>Recruit, train, coach and develop employees.</li><li>Prepare staff schedules and manage workforce requirements efficiently.</li><li>Build a positive, accountable and high-performance workplace culture.</li><li>Conduct performance reviews and regular coaching sessions.</li><li>Resolve customer concerns professionally and improve guest satisfaction.</li><li>Monitor customer feedback and online reviews.</li><li>Achieve monthly sales and profitability targets.</li><li>Monitor food, beverage, labour and operational costs.</li><li>Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee purchasing activities.</li><li>Reduce waste and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.</li><li>Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering sales, costs, inventory, customer feedback, team performance and KPIs.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience.</li><li>Performance-based incentives.</li><li>Career advancement and professional development opportunities.</li><li>The opportunity to lead one of Al Ain’s most distinctive hospitality concepts.</li><li>A dynamic and ambitious working environment.</li></ul>How to ApplyCandidates must complete the application through The Exile’s official recruitment portal:https://theexile-ops.replit.app/apply/e3ee255b9a884df38be2d27e4574fac0</div></section><section>Desired Candidate Profile<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of five years of management experience in cafés, restaurants, hotels or hospitality businesses.</li><li>Proven experience leading a team of at least 15 employees.</li><li>Strong understanding of hospitality operations and customer experience.</li><li>Experience in P&L management, budgeting, cost control and inventory management.</li><li>Ability to monitor KPIs and make data-driven decisions.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Experience with POS systems; Foodics experience is an advantage.</li><li>Fluent English is required; Arabic is an advantage.</li><li>Must be able to work on-site in Al Ain.</li><li>Experience in specialty coffee, premium dining, entertainment venues, multi-branch operations or opening new locations is preferred.</li></ul></section>
