Strong capability in Excel and Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate). Experience working with SAP HR / Success Factors or similar enterprise systems. Strong ability to work across functions, understand unfamiliar processes quickly, and translate business requirements into data solutions. Ability to work effectively under pressure with multiple deliverables. Strong presentation skills including building meaningful materials, presenting effectively to leadership and responding to questions on the fly based on in-role business context and acumen. Effective interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to collaborate with others, and articulate complex messages and requirements. Minimum 5 years of experience in organizational effectiveness, organizational development, change management, talent management, human resources, or related roles. At least 2 years of experience managing organizational transformation initiatives, workforce improvement programs, or organizational development projects preferred. Strong understanding of organizational design, change management, workforce analytics, employee engagement, leadership development, culture transformation, competency frameworks, and performance improvement. Experience with HRIS platforms, employee engagement tools, talent management systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, analytics platforms, collaboration tools, and project management software. Familiarity with AI-powered HR analytics, digital workplace transformation, workforce planning technologies, employee experience platforms, and organizational network analysis is advantageous. Strong leadership, facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage complex organizational initiatives while balancing business objectives, employee needs, culture, operational effectiveness, and transformation priorities.
