Role Purpose:The PMO Specialist is the professional PMO backbone of the partnership portfolio. The role keeps a single, accurate picture of ongoing, interdependent initiatives, designing and running the tracking, dependency, and reporting machinery.<br>Responsibilities:Builds and runs the PMO operating system: Designs the master tracker, data standards, reporting , and dashboards spanning all initiatives across partnerships. Manages dependencies and risk at portfolio level: Maintains the portfolio risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies. Drives the status cadence: Runs the recurring data call across initiative owners and partner counterparts, consolidating updates into one accurate view.
