In this role, you'll manage the end-to-end delivery of retail fit-out and construction projects, ensuring they're completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.<br><br> <br><br>What you'll be doing<br><br>Functional Roles and Responsibilities<br><br> Prepare a project execution plan in consultation with Business, Design and the Developers in order to accomplish its objectives within constraints of time, quality and approved budgets. Implement approved procedures for tendering, selection and appointment of contractors, labor matters, payment terms, dealings and communication between all parties – clients, architects, consultants and contractors, and redresses of issues for effective coordination and collaboration.
