<p>We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Material / QA/QC Engineer to join our Bridge Maintenance Project team for Al Ain Municipality. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all materials, workmanship, inspections, and quality control procedures comply with project specifications, municipal standards, and relevant international codes.
The ideal candidate must have strong experience in civil infrastructure and bridge maintenance projects within the UAE and be capable of coordinating effectively with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
QA/QC Responsibilities
1) Implement and maintain the Project Quality Management System (QMS).
2) Ensure all site activities comply with approved method statements, specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
3) Conduct inspections and quality checks for bridge maintenance and rehabilitation works.
4) Prepare and maintain Inspection Requests (IRs), Material Inspection Requests (MIRs), checklists, and quality records.
5) Coordinate with consultants and Al Ain Municipality representatives for inspections and approvals.
6) Monitor non-conformance reports (NCRs) and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
