والمحركات.</p><br><p>• إجراء التقييمات الفنية خلال عمليات العطاء والمساعدة في اختيار المواد المتوافقة والعالية الجودة.</p><br><p>• تنسيق الأعمال الكهربائية عبر مشاريع متعددة لضمان التصميم الأمثل In this role you will get to assist the Resident Engineer in administering the operational functions of the day-to-day activities on the project with respect to utilities works.<br><br>What You'll Be Doing<br><br>Report to the Resident Engineer and assist in supervising the construction of Electrical infrastructure works and associated items. Act in place of the Resident Engineer when on leave or absent. Coordinate his direct activities with the other engineers and members of the construction supervision team. Assist the Resident Engineer in reviewing of shop drawings, design proposals, method statements and other activities including correspondence related to the utility section and prepare replies for the review of the Resident Engineer. Coordinate with Parsons' design engineers for resolution of related issues. Maintain the daily diary and the daily reports by the inspectors. Coordinate with the contractor engineers on scheduling and application of resources. Direct, assist and monitor the performance of the inspectors and surveyors as applicable. Convene and chair special meetings with the service authorities, the contractor, subcontractors and other parties related to his work. Ensure accuracy and completeness of records. Ensure safety goals are achieved on the project and oversee implementation of safety procedures on the project. Prepare / Assist in the preparation of Weekly and Monthly progress reports. Act positively and participate in all health and safety issues at site, as required by the Resident Engineer and the project safety representatives. Ensure correctness and completeness of ‘as-built’ drawings within his line of work.<br><br><br>What Required Skills You'll Bring<br><br>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with minimum 10 years of experience in design, site supervision, and construction management of (Electrical) infrastructure projects, including roads and bridges. A minimum of 2 years of proven experience managing supervision activities on large-scale infrastructure projects within Abu Dhabi is mandatory. Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years postgraduate experience in design, site supervision and construction management of (Electrical) projects. Should be able to review and justify the material submissions, analyze laboratory and technical reports, carry out acceptance sampling plans, testing and quality measures, ensuring the compliance with the project’s Specifications. Must have a sound knowledge about contractual relationships. Must be fully computer literate and able to utilize computer technology to access data, maintain records, generate reports, etc. and any project specific engineering and construction relevant software. Must be fluent in English written and spoken with an excellent capability in written technical skills as well as oral and written communication skills. The role focuses on solving end-customer challenges by translating technical and business requirements into scalable, integrated, value-driven designs and solutions.<br><br>What You’ll Do<br><br>Work closely with the segment strategy & offer leader to map the target sub-segments/micro-segments (ex: healthcare, education, retail, mixed use...). Deliver Reference Design per sub-segments and corresponding Sales tools to help the Sales organization to promote the full Eaton offering and to increase the Share of Wallet Sales for the Commercial Building and Residential Segments. Map use cases and functionalities for the applications and their corresponding Eaton offering. Create a library of reference designs/Applications against a published and agreed roadmap. Engage the Business Unit (BU) Product Managers to help position their offering in the reference design and understand how the current roadmap will help to fill the gaps and when. Work with BU applications engineers to precisely define the specific application needs and define the best technical solution promoting Eaton capabilities Translate the reference design into detailed and visual tools (including design guides, CAD files and technical specifications), with the Marcom team, for Sales to promote the full Eaton package to their customers, consultants and end users. Work with Marcom team to support development of associated tools and content that allow effective promotion of the reference designs (ex. Webpages on secure portal, campaign assets….) Support the development and deployment of a Consultant Program led by the segment team to enable consultants and designers to access high value content (inc. reference designs). Support the specification sales teams understanding and engagement with consultants (ex. Zunos webinars explaining the reference designs, joint meetings/calls, build a community of practice…) Continuously improve and refine the reference design framework and content, based on feedback from sales/marketing teams and directly from contact with consultants/designers. Define and develop new tools to showcase our capability.
