F&B Director

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage (F&B) Director to lead and oversee the hotel’s entire F&B operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving revenue growth, and maintaining high-quality service standards in alignment with the hotel’s luxury brand.


Key Responsibilities


Strategic & Operational Leadership


  • Develop and execute F&B strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and profitability.
  • Oversee the operations of all restaurants, bars, lounges, in-room dining, and banquet services.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, health & safety standards, and brand guidelines.
  • Drive cost control measures while maintaining premium quality and service.
  • Lead menu development, pricing strategies, and innovative food concepts.


Guest Experience & Brand Standards


  • Maintain the highest guest service standards and ensure a luxury dining experience.
  • Continuously analyze guest feedback and implement improvements.
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef and restaurant managers to create unique dining experiences.


Financial & Business Management


  • Develop and manage the F&B budget, forecasting, and P&L performance.
  • Maximize revenue through upselling, promotions, and innovative marketing strategies.
  • Implement cost-effective procurement and supplier management.


Team Leadership & Development


  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing F&B team.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and accountability.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and implement staff development programs.


Event & Banqueting Management


  • Oversee the planning and execution of banquets, conferences, and special events.
  • Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to attract high-end clientele and corporate events.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of F&B experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a luxury hotel or fine-dining environment.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management.
  • Expertise in luxury dining trends, wine pairings, and international cuisines.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver high guest satisfaction scores and maintain 5-star service standards.
  • Experience in event and banquet management is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
