The role drives work with multi‑disciplinary teams across IT departments—owning scope, schedule, budget, resources, risk, and stakeholder communication from initiation through delivery, change control, and post‑project review.</p><br> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><br> <ul><li><p>Plan, run, monitor, and control projects in both waterfall and Agile (Scrum) methodologies—owning scope, timeline, budget, resources, milestones, and deliverables.</p><br></li><li><p>Develop detailed project plans for both in‑house and vendor product‑implementation projects, and establish project‑specific governance and cadence with the right stakeholders.</p><br></li><li><p>Align, engage, and drive multi‑disciplinary teams across IT departments, ensuring effective utilisation of resources toward project success.</p><br></li><li><p>Lead the Request for Proposal (RFP) process end‑to‑end: requirements documentation, vendor identification, evaluation, selection, and contracting.</p><br></li><li><p>Manage tasks and dependencies; track progress and ensure adherence to timelines and milestones.</p><br></li><li><p>Identify risks and define mitigation strategies; proactively manage and resolve issues to minimise project impact.</p><br></li><li><p>Monitor and control cost to deliver within the approved budget, applying formal change control (Project Change Request) to any change in scope, timeline, or cost.</p><br></li><li><p>Manage stakeholder expectations through regular status reviews and reporting; implement quality controls and run project reviews to capture lessons learned.</p><br></li></ul> <p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Certifications</strong></p><br> <ul><li><p>PMP certification (mandatory); Agile / Scrum certification highly desirable.</p><br></li><li><p>8+ years of project management experience, including running projects the Agile way, with a substantiated and verifiable delivery track record.</p><br></li><li><p>Minimum 5 years project‑managing IT (software development) projects.</p><br></li><li><p>Strong command of the full project lifecycle: planning, governance, risk and issue management, cost control, and formal change control.</p><br></li><li><p>Bachelor's in Engineering (or similar) highly desirable; initial hands‑on software‑engineering experience an advantage.</p><br></li></ul> <br> <br> </div>

The role blends solution architecture (target architectures plus integration, data, and security patterns) with POC leadership: taking each experiment from intake to a clear outcome, with a focus on rapid evaluation rather than steady-state delivery or PMO governance.</span></p><br> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><br> <ul><li><p>Own end-to-end solution architecture for each POC: target-state design, technology stack, and trade-offs.</p><br></li><li><p>Translate business requirements into experiment scope, success criteria, and clear feasibility assessments.</p><br></li><li><p>Set integration, data, and security patterns that let POCs move quickly without breaking enterprise standards.</p><br></li><li><p>Design and evaluate AI and agentic AI solution patterns, selecting models, tools, and orchestration approaches per use case.</p><br></li><li><p>Run technology, vendor, and platform assessments, and present build-vs-buy and go/no-go recommendations to stakeholders.</p><br></li><li><p>Manage each POC end to end with agile delivery: planning, tracking, risks, and stakeholder coordination from intake to outcome.</p><br></li></ul> <p><strong>Required Technical Skills</strong></p><br> <ul><li><p>Solution and cloud architecture on Azure and/or AWS, covering compute, integration, data, and security services.</p><br></li><li><p>AI and agentic AI solution patterns: LLMs, RAG, tool/function calling, and agent orchestration, with practical model and platform selection.</p><br></li><li><p>Integration and API design with REST and event-driven / message-based patterns, plus data architecture for analytics and AI workloads.</p><br></li><li><p>Security architecture: identity and access management, API security, secrets and key management, and data protection.</p><br></li><li><p>Technology, vendor, and platform evaluation with POC scoping and build-vs-buy analysis.</p><br></li></ul> <br> <br> </div>
