<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p><strong>We are looking for a detail-oriented and UAE Experienced Technical Engineer to join our team in Bur Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing technical submissions, reviewing project documentation, coordinating with consultants and subcontractors, and ensuring that all technical aspects of the project comply with client requirements, applicable standards, and regulatory approvals.</strong></p><br><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Review technical drawings, specifications, and documents for accuracy and compliance</p></li><li><p>Prepare and submit technical drawings, material approvals, method statements, and shop drawings.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain necessary technical approvals.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and other applicable authority requirements.</p></li><li><p>Provide technical support to the project and site teams throughout the project lifecycle.</p></li><li><p>Resolve technical issues by coordinating with the design and engineering teams.</p></li><li><p>Monitor document control and maintain accurate technical records.</p></li><li><p>Participate in project meetings and provide technical recommendations where required.</p></li><li><p>Assist in value engineering and design coordination to optimize project outcomes.</p></li><li><p>Ensure all technical documentation is completed accurately and submitted within project timelines.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate between design, procurement, and site/production teams</p></li><li><p>Support tender and proposal preparation with technical input</p></li><li><p>Maintain technical records and prepare progress/status reports</p></li></ul><br><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.</p></li><li><p>5–7 years of relevant experience in the UAE, preferably in the construction industry.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards, specifications, and authority requirements.</p></li><li><p>Experience in preparing technical submissions, shop drawings, and material approvals.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and document management systems.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.</p></li></ul><br><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><p>Experience working with consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities in the <strong>UAE.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Familiarity with Dubai</strong> Municipality approval procedures.</p></li><li><p>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</p></li></ul><br><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><ul><li><p>Competitive salary based on experience.</p></li><li><p>Opportunities for career growth and professional development.</p></li><li><p>Supportive and collaborative work environment.</p></li><li><p>Exposure to diverse and challenging construction projects.</p></li></ul>
