<ol type="1"><li><p>Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts and ensure proper recording of all financial transactions.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and issue sales invoices using company-approved invoice templates and maintain proper supporting documentation.</p></li><li><p>Maintain a good understanding of UAE VAT laws, VAT compliance requirements, and UAE e-invoicing requirements.</p></li><li><p>Perform monthly closing activities, including account reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and ledger reviews.</p></li><li><p>Prepare monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports and financial summaries for management review.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with bankers and provide the required financial information, documents, and supporting schedules.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with external auditors and provide audit schedules, reconciliations, supporting documents, and other information to ensure timely completion of audits.</p></li><li><p>Maintain proper accounting records and documentation in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.</p></li><li><p>Use Tally Prime and Zoho accounting software for day-to-day accounting activities.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and maintain accounting schedules, reports, and reconciliations using MS Excel and MS Word.</p></li><li><p>Support management with financial analysis, reporting, and other accounting-related assignments.</p></li><li><p>Develop a basic understanding of the marine fuel trading and bunkering business, including purchase and sales transactions, invoicing, supplier payments, and customer collections.</p></li></ol><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Qualified Cost and Management Accountant (CMA).</p></li><li><p>Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience in the UAE.</p></li><li><p>Good working knowledge of UAE VAT laws and compliance requirements.</p></li><li><p>Practical experience with Tally Prime and Zoho accounting software is essential.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.</p></li><li><p>Good written and verbal communication skills in English.</p></li><li><p>Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to meet monthly closing deadlines.</p></li><li><p>Experience in trading companies, marine fuel trading, or the bunkering industry will be an added advantage.</p></li></ul>
