We're looking for a self-driven sales &amp; marketing partner to grow our client base.<br><br><strong>This is a freelance, commission-only role — Lociya does not provide UAE employment visa sponsorship. Candidates must already hold a valid UAE residence visa (e.g., spouse visa, freelance visa, own company visa, or other UAE resident status) and be authorized to work on a freelance/commission basis.</strong><br><br>.<br>.<br><br></p><p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong><br></p><ul><li><p>Identify and approach potential advertisers (schools, clinics, real estate agents, automotive brands, retail, insurance)</p></li><li><p>Generate your own leads through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, in-person visits, and your existing network</p></li><li><p>Pitch Lociya's advertising packages and close deals</p></li><li><p>Manage the relationship from first contact to signed subscription<br></p></li></ul><p><strong>This role is NOT:</strong><br></p><ul><li><p>A job where leads are handed to you</p></li><li><p>A fixed-salary position</p></li><li><p>Suitable if you only want to "make calls" without doing outreach</p></li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p><br>.<br><br><strong>This role IS for you if:</strong><br></p><ul><li><p>You already have experience generating your own leads (not just working an assigned CRM)</p></li><li><p>You're comfortable doing both outreach/marketing AND closing the sale</p></li><li><p>You have or can build a network in schools, clinics, real estate, retail, or automotive sectors in UAE</p></li><li><p>You want recurring commission income, not a one-time payout<br></p></li></ul><p><strong>Earnings — Commission Structure:</strong><br></p><ul><li><p>5% commission on every subscription closed</p></li><li><p>Minimum package value: AED 38,000</p></li><li><p><strong>That's AED 1,900+ commission per single client — and it's recurring for as long as the client stays subscribed</strong><br></p></li></ul><p><strong>Example earnings:</strong><br></p><p>Clients Closed Monthly Commission (Recurring) 1 client - AED 1,900<br>5 clients AED 9,500<br>10 clients AED 19,000+<br></p><p>No cap on how many clients you bring in.
