<p>نحن نبحث عن مدير مشروع متمكن لقيادة التوريد والتسليم الكامل لمشاريع التجهيزات والنجارة والبناء عالية القيمة عبر الإمارات العربية المتحدة. ستتولى دورة حياة إدارة المشروع كاملة — من البداية والشراء حتى التنفيذ والتسليم والإغلاق.</p><ul><li>امتلاك وتنفيذ خطة إدارة المشروع الكاملة التي تشمل النطاق والتنسيق التصميمي والإنتاج والاتصال والتكلفة والوقت والإغلاق.</li><li>قيادة إدارة الموقع يوميًا؛ التخطيط وتنظيم القوى العاملة والمواد والمعدات والمتعهدين من قبل متطلبات البرنامج.</li><li>تنسيق مراحل إنتاج النجارة مع المصنع، مع الحفاظ على نية التصميم والميزانية والبرنامج ومعايير الجودة طوال التصنيع والتركيب.</li><li>تطوير وإدارة ميزانيات المشروع واستراتيجيات الشراء؛ إجراء الهندسة القيمية وتقدير التكاليف حسب الحاجة.</li><li>تحديد وتقييم وتخفيف المخاطر والفرص الرئيسية عبر العقود الرئيسية والتصاميم والميزانيات والمتطلبات التنظيمية وتسليم الموقع.</li><li>مراجعة واعتماد رسومات الورشة وبيانات الطريقة وتقديم المواد و ITPs؛ التنسيق مع فرق QA/QC للاعتماد النهائي.</li><li>حل تعارضات تنسيق MEP وإدارة واجهات التخصصات المختلفة لضمان سلاسة التدفق العمل.</li><li>تمثيل الشركة مع العملاء والمستشارين وPMCs والمتعهدين والجهات التنظيمية.</li><li>دفع تحسينات إنتاجية العمل وتحسين الموارد؛ استهداف مكاسب كفاءة قابلة للقياس بما يتماشى مع مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للشركة.</li><li>توجيه وتطوير مهندسي الموقع والمشرفين وموظفي الدعم؛ بناء ثقافة فريق مشروع عالية الأداء.</li></ul><p><br></p> </div><h2 class=\"h5\">المهارات</h2>

<p>We are looking for an accomplished Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of high-value fitout, joinery, and construction projects across the UAE. You will own the full project management lifecycle — from inception and procurement through execution, handover, and close-out.</p><ul><li>Own and execute the full project management plan covering scope, design coordination, production, communication, cost, time, and close-out.</li><li>Lead day-to-day site management; plan and organise manpower, materials, plant, and subcontractors in advance of programme requirements.</li><li>Coordinate joinery production stages with the factory, ensuring design intent, budget, programme, and quality standards are maintained throughout manufacturing and installation.</li><li>Develop and administer project budgets and procurement strategies; conduct value engineering and cost estimating as required.</li><li>Identify, assess, and mitigate key risks and opportunities across head contracts, designs, budgets, authority requirements, and site delivery.</li><li>Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and ITPs; coordinate with QA/QC teams for inspection sign-off.</li><li>Resolve MEP coordination clashes and manage cross-discipline interfaces to ensure seamless workflow.</li><li>Represent the company with clients, consultants, PMCs, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies.</li><li>Drive labour productivity improvements and resource optimisation; target measurable efficiency gains aligned with company KPIs.</li><li>Mentor and develop site engineers, supervisors, and support staff; build a high-performance project team culture.</li></ul><p><br></p> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2>
