The role requires strong attention to pricing accuracy, market awareness, coordination skills, and the ability to work closely with the sales and operations teams to provide competitive solutions across Sea, Air and Land Freight.</p><br><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ol><li><p><strong>Pricing & Quotation Management</strong></p></li></ol><p>● Receive and analyze customer and sales team enquiries for Sea, Air and Land Freight services.</p><p>● Obtain and negotiate rates from shipping lines, airlines, transporters, overseas agents and other</p><p>service providers.</p><p>● Prepare accurate and competitive freight quotations based on agreed commercial guidelines.</p><p>● Maintain and regularly update vendor rate sheets, tariffs, surcharges and pricing databases.</p><p>● Monitor market rates, carrier updates, fuel surcharges and other cost fluctuations.</p><p>● Ensure quotations include correct freight charges, origin/destination charges, applicable surcharges,</p><p>validity and commercial terms.</p><p>● Follow up on quotations and maintain proper records of quotation status and conversion.</p><br><ol start="2"><li><p><strong>Sales Support & Coordination</strong></p></li></ol><p>● Provide day-to-day commercial support to the Freight Sales / Business Development team.</p><p>● Respond promptly to customer and sales enquiries and coordinate internally to provide suitable</p><p>freight solutions.</p><p>● Prepare rate comparisons, commercial proposals and other documents required by the sales team.</p><p>● Support the sales team in identifying competitive pricing opportunities and improving</p><p>quotation-to-booking conversion.</p><p>● Maintain accurate customer, quotation and opportunity information in the CRM/ERP system.</p><br><ol start="3"><li><p><strong>Booking & Shipment Coordination</strong></p></li></ol><p>● Process confirmed bookings and coordinate with the Operations team for smooth execution.</p><p>● Ensure all agreed commercial terms and quoted rates are correctly communicated to Operations.</p><p>● Coordinate with customers and vendors regarding booking confirmations, schedules, cut-offs and</p><p>other shipment requirements.</p><p>● Track booking status and ensure timely follow-up on pending confirmations.</p><p>● Escalate pricing, booking or service-related issues to the concerned manager when required.</p><br><ol start="4"><li><p><strong>Vendor & Carrier Coordination</strong></p></li></ol><p>● Maintain strong working relationships with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, overseas agents and</p><p>other freight service providers.</p><p>● Obtain spot rates and contract rates based on customer requirements.</p><p>● Compare multiple vendor options to identify the most commercially viable solution.</p><p>● Maintain updated records of vendor rates, service schedules and applicable terms.</p><br><ol start="5"><li><p><strong>Reporting & Documentation</strong></p></li></ol><p>● Maintain daily/weekly records of enquiries, quotations, bookings and conversion ratios.</p><p>● Prepare pricing reports, quotation status reports and sales support dashboards.</p><p>● Track quotation conversion and identify reasons for lost business wherever possible.</p><p>● Ensure proper documentation and filing of quotations, rate confirmations and commercial</p><p>correspondence.</p><p>● Support management with pricing and sales performance reports as required.</p><br><ol start="6"><li><p><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong></p></li></ol><p>● Work closely with Sales, Operations, Finance and Management to ensure smooth shipment</p><p>execution.</p><p>● Coordinate with Finance regarding credit terms, customer requirements and commercial approvals</p><p>when required.</p><p>● Ensure clear handover of confirmed shipments from Sales/Commercial to Operations.</p><p>● Support resolution of customer and vendor commercial issues to maintain service quality.</p><br><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><br><p><strong>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) </strong>

<strong>Required Skills & Qualifications </strong>
● Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
● 2–5 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding, logistics, pricing or sales coordination.
● Good understanding of Sea, Air and Land Freight pricing and commercial processes.
● Experience dealing with shipping lines, airlines, transporters and freight agents.
● Strong Excel and data management skills.
● Excellent communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
● Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
● Knowledge of freight forwarding terminology, surcharges and commercial documentation.
● Experience with CRM/ERP systems will be an advantage. </p><p>

● Record daily accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal

● Assist with bank, supplier, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
