<p>Join Yallasheal, a UAE-based pickup and drive-thru pre-order app helping restaurants, cafés, and bakeries serve customers faster while reducing payment gateway fees. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our merchant network across Dubai.</p><ul><li><p>Identify and approach restaurants, cafés, and bakeries as potential merchant partners</p></li><li><p>Present the Yallasheal partnership model, including commission structure and settlement terms</p></li><li><p>Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through signed agreement</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain relationships with merchant owners and managers</p></li><li><p>Meet monthly merchant acquisition targets</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with the onboarding team for device setup and staff training handoff</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ol><li><p>1 to 3 years of sales or business development experience; F&B, POS, or fintech background is an advantage</p></li><li><p>Strong communication and negotiation skills</p></li><li><p>Comfortable with in-person prospecting and cold outreach</p></li><li><p>Self-motivated and target-driven</p></li><li><p>Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage</p></li><li><p>Basic CRM or sales-tracking tool familiarity</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of the Dubai F&B and restaurant scene</p></li><li><p>Valid UAE driving license preferred</p></li><li><p>Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate</p></li></ol>
