Day-to-day responsibilities include setting business goals, managing key stakeholder relationships, and ensuring delivery of high-quality technology and services aligned with Computacenter standards. The Owner monitors financial performance, leads planning and forecasting activities, and drives continuous improvement in processes, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, providing leadership, guidance, and decision-making support to ensure projects and services meet contractual, commercial, and quality objectives. The Owner also champions a culture of accountability, ethical business practices, and alignment with the company’s sustainability and “winning together” values.<br>Qualifications<br> Proven experience in business ownership, general management, or senior leadership within technology, services, or related industries. Strong capabilities in strategic planning, business development, and portfolio management, including setting goals and translating them into actionable plans. Demonstrated skills in financial management, budgeting, and performance tracking to ensure profitability and sustainable growth. Ability to lead and develop teams, foster collaboration, and build inclusive, high-performing work environments. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for engaging customers, partners, and internal leadership at multiple levels. Experience working with technology infrastructure, digital transformation initiatives, or IT services is highly beneficial. Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Technology, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. Willingness to work on-site in the Denver Metropolitan Area and engage directly with local teams and customers.
