<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><ul><li><p>Attends to all electrical equipment breakdowns such as LV-MV motors, LV Switchboards, MCCs, Plant lightings, Transformers, UPS, VFD, Breakers, Soft starter, etc. In addition, carries out planned/preventive/predictive maintenance work with minimum direction and supervision.</p></li><li><p>Identifies and reports any abnormalities. Job Purpose<br><br>Perform preventive, corrective and troubleshooting maintenance, and testing of all Plant Instrument Process Monitoring, Control Protective equipment with applicable procedures and guidelines.<br><br>Job Specific Accountabilities<br><br>Instrument & Control Maintenance<br><br> Carry out routine and preventive maintenance work, repair and testing of equipment in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and standards to fulfil the requirements of the work request or work order. Carry out preventive maintenance activities maintenance and participate in the assigned plant shutdown activities and ensure timely completion of job activities. Verify completed maintenance activities to ensure that the job is performed as per requirement and complete the maintenance activity sheet Carry out inspection and exercise vigilance to identify any developing problem in the area assigned and report any problems. Trouble shoot, repair calibrate and test various types of process control instruments and relay logic, to keep the instrumentation systems as designed. Perform preventive and emergency maintenance on all equipment on site as well as during machine scheduled or unscheduled shutdowns to ensure the availability of all equipment in reliable conditions during running and prevent unforeseen trips. Perform field and/or system modifications of control elements and/or control loops as per the plant change requests and assist to update all related plant drawings to reflect the actual changes thus enhancing the plant operation in line with the management of change of procedure. Key Responsibilities<br><br> Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment. Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in motors, panels, and equipment. Follow safety procedures, permit requirements, and company HSE guidelines. Complete maintenance records and work orders. Support shutdowns and maintenance activities as required. Work closely with operations and maintenance teams to minimize downtime. Maintain tools, equipment, and good housekeeping standards. <br><br> Qualifications and Skills <br><br> ITI, Diploma, or Technical Certificate in Electrical or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in electrical maintenance in an industrial, manufacturing, or facilities environment. Basic knowledge of motors, electrical panels, wiring, and troubleshooting. Ability to read electrical diagrams and use testing equipment. Understanding of electrical safety practices and procedures. services covering the rolling stock and maintenance vehicle for Dubai Metro</span></span></p><br> <p><span><span><b>MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES</b></span></span></p><br> <ul> <li><span><span>Assist the Rolling Stock Team Leader in carrying out all level of preventive and corrective maintenance activities and minor modifications on rolling stock including passenger service vehicles, engineering support vehicles, shunting vehicles and wagons.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Carry out routine vehicle inspections, inspecting parts for surface defects, changing of consumable items, perform minor repairs and technical cleaning.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Perform roles necessary for the management of the safe system of works, including to meet<br> tight maintenance schedules.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Test functional performance of electromechanical assemblies using various test instruments, replace, install electrical and electronic parts and hardware in housings or assemblies, align, fit, and assemble component parts, using electronics tools, hand tools, power tools, fixtures, templates, and microscopes.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Operate metalworking machines, repair, rework, and calibrate hydraulic and pneumatic assemblies and systems, verify dimensions and clearances of parts to ensure conformance to specifications and to meet
