Undertake on-site Testing’s of Fresh concrete and Sampling works as per Project requirements of approved MSRA.
Coordinate with Quality Engineers / Site Engineers / Quality Manager to plan and schedule the testing’s for completed works
in advance
Coordinate with Consultant Inspector for witnessing of all on-site testing’s
Ensure all the Concrete cube samples are timely transported to 3rd laboratory for testing
Follow-up with third party laboratory for the pending test reports
Monitor Tracker for materials testing and Test Reports to ensure all reports are received
Verify all the test reports received as per the project and standard requirements and register into the log
Conduct material inspections, raise MIRs to Consultant, and attend inspections as required.
Monitor storage of materials on-site and in storage areas to ensure that manufacturer requirements are adhered to.
Prepare Test Report submittals for all test reports in coordination with Quality Manager for Consultant review and approval

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for an Electrical Technician/Installer. The role involves installing, testing and commissioning electrical and low-voltage systems, inclusing Home Automation, Audio-Video, Lighting Control, Networking, Security Systems, low-voltage Distributional Panels. The Technician/Installer will work closely with the engineering and design teams to ensure proper installation, system reliability and client satisfaction.
